Zariyat Imam I ordered the syhleti sizzler and a portion of chips. Everything was cooked to order and the staff were overwhelmingly friendly. The actual interior is quite small, but thats not really the shops fault as it needs space to accommodate all of the things that make this food so tasty. There is also wooden furniture, fitting with the cabin theme. Would definitely recommend it in the future!

The staff were friendly and efficient, and my wife really enjoyed her sandwich—fresh, satisfying, and just what she was craving. I had a small hiccup with my order (entirely on me—I didn’t communicate clearly), and my chips came topped with hotdog slices. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, that was a bit of a miss for me. Sarasjuntorn Angkinun My husband and I can confidently say that etch. is the best fine dining restaurant we’ve experienced in Brighton so far. We booked the tasting menu with wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish - highly recommend!

Tierra Abeyta been here a few times at this point, and always a great time. today, I dropped my cider very soon after getting it, and the bar staff very quickly and very kindly cleaned it up and gave me a new pint for free! :) always friendly staff, good food, and great house beer/cider. def recommend this place!

Linn I am so impressed with this restaurant! Everything from the venue, the atmosphere, the staff, and the food is absolutely top notch. My family and I had an incredible time - we felt very well taken care of, each dish was beautifully crafted and it was such a personal touch for the chef to come out and tell us about each and every one. A highlight of the evening was trying Peruvian way. I feel very inspired to learn more about this wonderful country and its cuisine. Greenwich is very lucky to have such a gem of a restaurant! I can’t wait to go back.
