Angel Dan This is our second time at this nice, small pizzeria. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even when they are very busy. The food is really tasty and worth the price. It is now our favourite restaurant in Surbiton! We want to give a special thanks to the, Ioana. She is very kind and pays great attention to the customers. Karin Slack What a lovely birthday lunch for my 80 year old husband with 11 good friends. Lots of choice, delicious food, delicious wine, warm and attentive, but unobtrusive, service. We felt very well cared for and everyone enjoyed it so much. Can I be 80 soon and have a birthday lunch like that at Sorrento?!

Bonnie Kwan We were tourist and were introduced to this restaurant by some local friends who highly recommended it. Since we were traveling with children, we arrived a bit earlier than the usual dinner crowd. On the way to the toilet, I happened to pass by the pizza oven and saw the chef preparing the pizza dough. My child was so excited that we stopped to ask a few questions, and the chef kindly explained that the pizzas here are made in true Neapolitan style — simple, wholesome ingredients, healthier by nature. He told us the dough is fermented at a low temperature for 72 hours, and baked in an oven of over 400°C. Hearing this alone, I already knew we had come to the right place. There were seven of us, including three kids, and we ordered seafood pasta, risotto, a few pizzas, and garlic bread. Every single dish was delicious, but the one that I still dream about was the seafood pasta. It was served wrapped in a baking sheet, and as soon as it was opened, the rich aroma of tomato sauce filled the air. The seafood was undeniably fresh, with the squid pre-grilled to perfection, adding depth of flavor. We enjoyed it so much that not a single trace was left on the plate. It has been two weeks since I returned to Hong Kong, and I still cannot forget that meal. I truly feel it would be unfair not to leave a glowing review for such an exceptional dining experience.

Raj B ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at The Italian Taste. Everything was fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. Stumbled across this place as we were in the area. We had the Penne Verdi, lasagne, Pollo Milanese, and garlic bread with mozzarella, and every single dish was delicious. You can really taste the care that goes into the food and you know they use high quality produce. We were served by Mario who was fantastic throughout. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, tasty Italian food. I’ll definitely be back.
