5 /5 Ashley Byron: I’ve tried a lot of local takeaways in South London, but Cherry Takeaway House on Perry Hill is easily one of the best! Every time I order, the food is hot, fresh, and full of flavour. You can really tell everything is cooked to order — nothing tastes like it’s been sitting around. The tofu is perfectly balanced (crispy outside, tender inside), and the shrimp fried rice is always packed with generous portions of prawns. Their chow mein is another must-try — not greasy, just deliciously seasoned and full of fresh noodles. What makes Cherry stand out even more is the friendly service. The staff are always warm and welcoming, whether you’re calling in an order or picking it up in person. They remember regular customers and genuinely seem to care that you enjoy your food. Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality is consistently high. You get proper value for money here — great food without the fuss. If you’re in Catford or the Perry Hill area, skip the big chains and give Cherry Takeaway House a try. It’s a true neighbourhood favourite that never disappoints.

5 /5 Denisa Kate: Absolutely unreal! Food is definitely 10/10, all this for £47 is so good especially as the portions are huge! Such lovely people and welcoming, they also included 2 drinks and ribs for free which was so nice of them (ribs were also amazing) Thank you!!

5 /5 jon gov: Had to get takeaway from here after terrible experience at another restaurant in catford. Was a bit down as it was my birthday and I had planned to eat out. However, food was so good that it cheered me up massively! Portions are huge and lovely friendly people. Food was fresh and not greasy. Massively recommended.
