Megan Turner We stumbled across this beautiful pub accidentally. And it’s one of the best accidents I ever made. I am blown away with how phenomenal the food was. Beyond excellent. Best place I have eaten in the last few years. Just exceptional. The service is slightly slow…. BUT it’s absolutely worth the wait. And the staff are so personable and make you feel seen and individual. 10/10 Highly recommend the game as starter. And the polenta on the nibbles. Just excellent. Can’t wait to return again.

They made sure we were comfortable and checked on us regularly. The service was quick and professional. I really appreciated their positive attitude and excellent customer service. Connor Langham The poor reviews of this place are not to be believed. The food is nothing short of exceptional. Meat is tender, sauces extremely flavoursome and the portions plentiful. I live in Brighton and would happily drive to Eastbourne just to eat here.
