5 /5 Anirban Paul: We hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Harvester Mansion House and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Alice, who was absolutely fantastic, from our very first phone call, to sharing photos of the venue and helpful information by email, and supporting us so smoothly on the day. We’d also like to thank Chloe for her help on the day and for the amazing hospitality throughout. Everything was well organised, relaxed, and welcoming. We had a great time and, most importantly, our guests and children did too. Thank you to the whole team!

5 /5 Tidbury Chris (The Mighty Tids): The service was very attentive and flexible, especially around dietary requirements and allergies with various options even discounted options for smaller portions for those with lighter appetites. The food was well presented, no long waits and drink service at the table. No request was too much to ask. Leanne looked after us very well and was very knowledgeable about various allergies and how best to cater for them. The restaurant was clean and tidy, with access to the garden on a lovely sunny day. The desserts were very generously portioned and there was an unlimited salad bar. They do not have any auto opt in service charges, this is purely at the discretion of the bill payer as it should be. I personally feel more inclined to tip when service and food is excellent and they havent added service to the bill at their own discretion, so they have got that right in my opinion. Highly recommended and great for people of all ages in this very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

5 /5 Jenny Redgwell: Erin is absolutely incredible. We visited on a Sunday and it was very busy. She was literally a one man team in the bar and went above and beyond for every customer including us but also watched her with others. Im writing this review more about this one member of staff (no affiliation) than anything else as she was so impressive to watch....she is what good customer service is all about, someone that still cares whether they are doing a good job rather than just coasting through the shift. Food and location lively as always but Erin is the star of harvester!
