3 /5 ed cottrell: Look, I’m being nice because I love the brand, I really feel this has changed, i can tell you exactly why for my favourite dish the katsu curry :
The rice - used to be seasoned with a good amount of star anise, black pepper, salt and a very small amount of garam masala I believe.
Sauce - it’s just a little thin, more vegetable flavor coming from cooking longer aswell (used to always need more sauce cause it struggling to penetrate the rice)
Chicken - it used to be an overload like if I’m eating in tons of chicken; now very reluctant portions, this reason alone is why you don’t have people pooring out the door like it used to be)
