1 /5 Lisa Sorrell: Having been a long time customer I will not use it again. Having waited an hour for food, I called and they told me it was on its way, 20 minutes later no food and was told they couldn’t contact the driver for an update.
After 35 minutes still no food, was told that they could now magically contact the driver, when I said the food would be cold after 35 minutes they charged track and said it only went out last time I called.
Questioned why they lied the 1st time and they back tracked, when I complained I was told he only works there Saturdays and doesn’t know what to do (been the same guy the whole time I have used it).
Terrible customer service and completely dismissed us when we tried to get to the bottom of where our food was.
