5 /5 layth Rababah: This place is great for a coffee or a healthy snack. It’s cozy and calm. You can sit and relax with a fresh juice, smoothie, or a light bite. Perfect for a quick break or a quiet moment.
5 /5 kindly myers: Love this place. All healthy options. Not a lot of healthy choices to eat in the city. Also everything looks and tastes delicious.
5 /5 Nick Nangle: "I wanted to share some positive feedback for the staff member who served me today. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to receive service thats both efficient and so warm—they are a credit to your team and definitely made my day."
1 /5 Cookie Ding: Extremely rude staff with furious attitude. I ordered Matcha(green tea) latte with soya. They got me the wrong order and said you should say “Matcha” Latte…I ordered the same thing million times in US there’s nothing wrong with it.. after I got my drink it tastes really bad soya and matcha was unblended. I was shocked about the whole service and situation with this store. The person who makes the drink also have extremely rude attitude towards other customers…I am not sure if this is a UK thing or only in this store…
1 /5 Q M: I asked for the staff to warm a croissant slightly for my mother because it was looking stale and cold, the lady with blond hair declined. I asked if they have jam for the croissant. The woman said no. Therefore the croissant was cold. Her service was cold and the toilet was out of service too. This is not why I pay for a pret subscription and expect much much better than this. It wouldve cost her nothing to show a willingness to support customers needs and she definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Wont be visiting here again.
Giles Moorhouse Or Old Faithful as I call it. Been frequenting this place for literally years as its the only true greasy spoon between Colliers Wood and Wimbledon.
Great portion sizes, good value and theres a secret garden so you can dine al fresco should the weather permit.
In an area full of pretentious eateries touting smashed avocado on sourdough bread, check out Cafe SW19 for a much needed dose of breakfast how it used to be.
V K Absolutely loved this place! We had the chicken katsu curry and it was honestly one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had - perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. The rice was super tasty despite its simplicity, and the salmon udon was equally delicious. Prices are very reasonable, and the cosy, welcoming atmosphere makes it a great spot for a casual meal. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
Ashley Goncalves Popped in on a Friday morning just outside Balham station. Quiet, plenty of seats at that time and quick service. Coffee was spot on and they do a loyalty card. Pastries were really good too. Worth a visit.
KweenCabbage _ The service was 10/10 they were very attentive and checked in with each step of the meal. The food came out fresh and hot in a timely manner which was lovely! All the food was cooked to perfection and the steak was made exactly how we asked for it (rare) the flavours exploded and you could taste every single flavour in one bite! Would 100% recommend to family and friends!
Sharon M Visited on Sunday with my daughter and grandson, have been before and always find it really nice here. Food is very nice but for me it’s the staff. They’re so friendly and helpful especially Nicole, she’s very approachable and welcoming. A really nice Irish lady as well, didn’t catch her name. Will definitely come back soon.
