Rikke Puggaard-Rode Nice little neighborhood place. Good food, good vibes, good beers. We had bangers & mash, cheese & ham melt w. fries, a bitter, and a Guinness (lunch)

The Yard - Oxfordshire

Craig Vincent An uninterested guy met us at the counter, warning us of a wait, but didnt mention until we tried to order that at 1pm on a Saturday, they were out of fries. Despite various versions of fries making up a quarter of the menu choices. After waiting for 25 minutes, someone came over to ask again what our order was, and we recited it again, specifically mentioning again the original request that could one of the chicken burgers please be without coleslaw. Within 5 minutes after this, the food arrived, the tiniest, overcooked piece of chicken in the chicken burger, and still with coleslaw. It was not worth the £18 for the food (2 x chicken burger, 1 x beef burger), nor for the customer service.

Tian Qiu Perfectly fresh, delicious Sushi and other Japanese food. The fish is especially fresh. Always of the same standard. The staff are very friendly, always ready to speak to you and take orders. The whole kiosk is always clean and hygienic too - you can see them making products from outside, which I always enjoy watching.

Jimmy Food was great, ordered a chicken and rice, and there was plenty of chicken, along with a good amount of sauce, making it very flavourful, overall it was a delicious meal.

Oxford Café Grill - Oxfordshire

Anahita Thornycroft I had the pleasure of stopping here for coffee in the last week as I walk towards the hospital. Their cappuccino and Chai Latte are very good and very hot, which I really like. The Chai Latte is not too spicy, perfect for me. I had one of their muffins also and it was very fresh. Their sandwiches look very good too, but I havent tried them yet.

Duo Chefs -

manuel lópez t. Stopped by Duo Chef in Chinnor for a curry and had a very good experience. I asked the waiter for a recommendation and tried one of their dishes. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and welcoming throughout the meal, which made the whole experience very pleasant. I also had a Cobra beer, which was light and refreshing and paired well with the food. One small note for anyone visiting: some dishes seem adapted to suit UK palates, so if you prefer something more traditional or spicier, it’s worth mentioning it to the staff. They are very accommodating and happy to guide you. Overall a very positive experience and a place I’d happily return to.
