1 /5 Henna Nayee: One of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. The staff member, Kalyani, was rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Even though I was the only customer there and clearly stated I only wanted one sub, she made me wait 10–15 minutes while prioritizing a Deliveroo order that hadn’t even been picked up yet.
When I was finally served, she burnt the bread. She tried to tell me it wasn’t burnt, and only changed it after I insisted. Instead of making a fresh sub, she peeled the burnt vegan patty and cheese off the old burnt bread and transferred them onto new bread, which is completely unacceptable from both a quality and hygiene standpoint.
Poor food quality, poor service, and a very unprofessional attitude. Really disappointing experience, I won’t be returning.
