2 /5 Jay (Jay): I was driving past Sultans when it caught my eye—it looked like a real gem. A quick glance at the reviews showed promising feedback, so I decided to give it a try.
Upon entering, I was met with a rather indifferent greeting. The staff member seemed more engaged in his hands-free phone conversation than in welcoming customers, which wasn’t the best first impression.
Moving on to the food, I ordered the shawarma wrap meal. The shawarma itself was average—not bad, but not particularly memorable. The balance between meat and salad was decent, though the portion of chips that came with it felt disappointingly small. The biggest letdown was the sauces; both the chili and garlic sauce lacked flavor and didn’t add much to the meal.
Overall, while Sultans has potential, the service and food quality left me underwhelmed. With some improvements, it could be much better.
