5 /5 James: Excellent meal at The Fox. The salmon was genuinely lovely. Fresh, well cooked, and not messed about with. Food arrived promptly, which is always appreciated when you’re actually hungry rather than on a lifestyle retreat. Staff were accommodating and attentive without being intrusive. Everything ran smoothly, which sounds basic but is surprisingly rare these days. Good food, efficient service, and a place that understands you don’t need theatrics to do things properly. Worth a stop.

5 /5 Nina Webb: Popped in for drinks with friends. Nice atmosphere, staff were really welcoming and quick to serve. Sorted seating for us, although we werent eating. Great choice of wines, spirits and beers etc. Bang in the centre of town, good parking on site and nearby.

4 /5 George Luputiu: We stopped for launch, so cant say anything about rooms... Quite empty when we arrived but filled up fairly quickly... We ordered the fish and chips, the Fox cheeseburger and the sausages, house cider and lemonade... The food was good, the sausages were really delicious. Nice, warm and house like environment, vintage remembrances... Staff was friendly and helpful... The only minus was the waiting time for food, over half hour towards 40 minutes+... And same for desert, we ordered and we have been served after another table which ordered deserts after we ordered ours... At the time of our visit car park had spaces empty, maybe more difficult on the summer.

5 /5 Luke Collett: We had our group Xmas meal and we were very impressed. Great food (we are a picky bunch), staff were happy and had a good laugh with. Particular shout out to Ben, great host. We would be glad to come back again!
