I had the Chongjing Zangjiang chickpea noodles, and they were absolutely delicious. Make sure to mix everything well, as the garlic, ginger, and sauce tend to settle at the bottom. The dish also had fried peanuts, which added a lovely crunch.
We were seated upstairs, and itâs worth noting that you might share a table with others if itâs busy and space is limited â but thatâs part of the casual charm.
Overall, a great experience and definitely a go-to spot for vegetarians who love flavourful noodles!!
