Jill Hoppi We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. The selection was incredibly varied, with fresh fruits, high-quality pastries, delicious hot dishes, freshly baked bread, and excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. You could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A very special mention goes to Cecilia, who made our breakfast experience even more memorable. Her service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She greeted every guest with a smile, made sure everything was perfect, and created such a pleasant atmosphere in the morning. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference and started each day on the best possible note. Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Maya Leila Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere and amazing food!! The portions were generous and the food came quickly. Good options for sides and the schnitzel was delicious! Definitely recommend and will be coming again!

Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. Nicole Jean Lau Amazing time at Suzette. Wasn’t crowded when we visited at 9am on a Friday morning, but by 10am the place was bustling. Come early! Enjoyed the sweet butter sugar crepe and savoury classic galette. Both were extremely delicious. Service here is also lovely. Would recommend a visit!

German Kolesnikov We came here for dinner, and the experience was very nice. The restaurant has 2 available seatings: the ground-floor hotel area, and also seating in the basement. If you want a more atmospheric setting, pick the basement seating. The food was fantastic. The salads and badrijani were very well made, and tasted super nice. The Khinkali were juicy and savory (I recommend the pork and beef ones), and the khachapuri was also very good. The service was good, the waiting time was not long, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great Georgian spot that I can see myself repeatedly eating at.

Cheryl Lim Patterson Absolutely loved this restaurant. Staff were engaging and friendly. Food was served pretty fast and hot! All the dishes we ordered tasted amazing! Not salty, just natural flavours from various spices. We were very impressed and would love to come back when we visit London again.
