What Clients Are Saying Bella Vita Italian Restaurant (GG)
5 /5 Rebecca Marie Graham: We had the most amazing time! I went with my grandma and my boyfriend, we enjoyed the bolognaise and the lasagna which were so scrumptious and flavourful.
The starter of bruschetta and olives and bread were also so yummy!
Customer service was A1! So friendly and attentive, I will be coming back regularly.
5 /5 Salvatore Petrone: The restaurant offers a warm atmosphere with attentive service and beautifully presented dishes. Flavors are well balanced, highlighting fresh ingredients and thoughtful seasoning. Portions are satisfying without being heavy. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal with friends or family.
5 /5 S AJ: Everything was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the owner’s welcome made us feel like we were in Italy. It’s a true family-run restaurant, with the owner working alongside his sons and his brother, which adds a very special touch to the experience.
A wonderful discovery for a comforting, authentic Italian meal. A great spot if you’re looking for genuine hospitality and quality food.
5 /5 Daisy Samad: Bella Vita catered for our Members Lunch @ Patch Twickenham, in February. They put on a fantastic spread, including lasagne, pizzas and side salads. All of the dishes were delicious and full of flavour. The team have been very accommodating, working with me so we can cater to vegans, vegetarians and gluten free attendees. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a local lunch spot.
4 /5 Jude Moore: Bella Vita is a beautifully decorated restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. Unfortunately on the busy Friday night I visited, the service was quite slow and some of the tables nearby had their orders taken wrong. Overall though, still a great Italian restaurant and well worth a visit.
Dev Desai Many thanks to the team at The Crown for making the arrangements for our son’s 10th-birthday gathering of 17 guests so effortless from start to finish. The staff and management handled it with calm good humour and quiet efficiency.
The private room had been beautifully prepared well in advance (see photos), spacious enough for everyone to mingle and chat comfortably rather than feel marooned at opposite ends of a long table. It struck exactly the right balance between celebratory and relaxed. The place is perfect to get people together.
A small but charming touch was the way the servers arrived announcing whose dish they were carrying, which our guests found both helpful and oddly delightful. It gave the whole service a lightly personalised feel. Send a spreadsheet of diners and choices in advance to make this happen.
The Crown team, led by David, were warm, attentive and accommodating throughout. Thank you for making it such a happy afternoon for our family. We’re lucky indeed to have such a fine food-led tavern so close to home.
Bill Delaney My wife and I shared the tempura prawns, seafood gyoza, scallops (pictured) and black cod, all delicious. The weather was nice so we dined outside in that small area however the inside also looked appealing. Good service. Highly recommend.
Filipe L Dos Santos I’ve been away and I missed returning to the Lass in Richmond. The Lass is part of the Richmond DNA. I got our traditional British dishes, we had pie and fried fish the food was very good. The service as well was 5*. I noticed some internal changes which gave more space to the dining area and it is much better.
Matilda De Luca Good coffee, cute decor, really good range of lunch foods. Service was a little cold to begin with but it improved with each interaction. Overall a nice cafe and good to support independent business
