Sara Cxx I just had the Xannid Slow-roasted Lamb Shank, and wow, it was amazing! The lamb was so tender it melted in my mouth, and the rice was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed every bite. It was so good that I actually called to say thank you. Plus, the delivery was super fast, and the customer service was amazing. Honestly, I can’t give this place enough praise 10/10 for sure. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thanks for such a fantastic meal.

What you need to know! Overall: Food: Korean First of all ignore all reviews prior to June 2025 as this is when the current owners took over. A lovely independent, local Korean restaurant which is literally a hidden gem on a side road in Raynes Park and well worthy of a full five stars. Service is lovely, the food fantastic and really tasty. There are a lot of Korean restaurants in nearby New Malden so plenty of choices but this is a new firm favourite and one well definitely be going back to. Shreya Bhavsar Absolute gem of a place. I came in on a very busy friday evening without a booking but staff managed to fit us in somehow, the service was quick, staff is friendly and attentive, and food was delicious. Overall we had a great time. Surely will recommend this place and also recommend to book on weekends.

Autumn Y Youre directed to a check in area upon arrival where you can drop off your stuff in a locker (free). Youll need to hand in your ID at that time to get a visitors pass. Following that, you make your way into the prison. Youll have to remove jackets/jewelry/extras, go through a metal detector, and get a pat down. Youre then led into the restaurant. Youll be sat, given time to look over the menu, and ask questions if needed. The environment itself looks like one of a regular restaurant, with the exception of plastic cutlery. The staff were partly in training when I was there, so they were decently chatty and eager to help with anything. They did try to upsell a decent amount, but that is probably in part to the training bit, in terms of learning how to work that in more flawlessly. Ordered a pork chop that came with soba noodles and a smashed cucumber salad. The food tasted good overall. They have their regular desserts as well as ones that are made by the inmates there (separate menu for these). So ask to see what those are to support them if youd like. When leaving, you will need to be escorted, so just be sure to ask for your host before you head out.
