dont forget the donkey Absolute gem of a restaurant. Love that it’s family owned and run across the generations. Food was superb. Fish soup was the best soup we’ve ever tasted and the rest of the meal was equally impressive ( oysters, mussels and lobster), side dishes came piping hot with super fresh vegetables and a really good offering of gluten free choices (always a joy to find and really unusual in independent eateries as a rule). Service was spot on and food courses came at well spaced intervals, loved the original decor and ambience. Will definately return.

Zee We visited Kaboom at Royal Wharf today with our family and were thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The service was outstanding; the team were attentive, courteous, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance was warm, stylish, and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a family dining experience. Overall, Kaboom exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning soon.

Stephanie Wyman Food is always on time, well portioned, and always hot. Their staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Their food is absolutely delicious and we highly recommend the pork dumplings! We will be absolutely gutted when we move and become too far for delivery BUT we wont be moving far and will gladly be making the 20 minute drive to pick up their food!

Furqan Rashid I visited this restaurant today with family. We ordered Aalu Pratha, Keema Naan, Chana with Naan, Desi Saag and Pakora Mirch. Overall experience was really good. I would highly recommend Naan Chana and Pakora Mirch. Their Salty Lasi was 10/10. Ambiance is good. Lamb chops were perfectly juicy and tasty. I must say give it a try.

TATYANA WEBB Beautiful hidden Gem to spend weekend! We love this hotel away from town centre . Stunning Victorian house surrounded with tall trees, roses and various plants. You feel relaxed , away from fast pace of life. We stayed in African Theme room on a ground floor with on-suite, exceptionally cleaned and fresh with super comfortable bed! We love the rich warm colours of the walls, pictures, chandelier, curtains, beddings and every small item in the room and even bathroom that support the main theme. Morning coffee ☕️ and freshly prepared breakfast on terrace in a great bonus !❤️ You can order tasty dishes for your meals from hotel menu. The free time you can spend in amazing bar “The Goat in a garden” located in the back of the hotel. There you can find a clear water stream with small fish too. Thank You so much to Willem and Ches for your Hospitality. We are definitely coming to stay again.

C K Went in on a Friday night on the off chance they could accommodate a walk in of 2. And they could! Food was great! Decent prices. And lovely wait staff. Would definitely come back to try other dishes!
