5 /5 Narinda law: I have visited The Broadway 3 times this year! I booked for a 40th birthday dinner for a friend, and we sampled most of the menu, and it was delicious. After the first visit, I brought back friends and family not only for food and cocktails but the amazing customer service. I have a birthday coming up and considering hiring the place. The venue is beautifully decorated and has a good ambience. I would recommend and thank you for having us. Narinda

5 /5 Alexia Vasiliou: I have been hanging out on the broadway since day one - it was nice to come back for a party organised by the rapper Big Narstie. Bar staff were super knowledgeable on drinks and there were gd vibes in the air that night.

5 /5 Signature Designs: Amazing Service, Food, and Drinks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Communication was great from start to finish ! Andrew and Annessa were absolutely incredible — they made our experience so special Andrew went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely at ease throughout the event. Accommodating our last minute request to ensure our guest got food. Annessa was fantastic — always smiling, checking in on us, and making sure our food arrived quickly and perfectly. The venue had everything we needed: a DJ booth, plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate our stations and guests, and a great overall vibe. Food: 10/10! I highly recommend the lamb chops and my favourite — the apple and pineapple crumble (so good I had to take some home!). We will definitely be back!

1 /5 Kezza26: I attended The Broadway Muswell Hill to celebrate a friend’s 35th birthday and I can confidently say this is one of the worst restaurant/bar experiences I have ever had. A birthday set menu had been arranged, featuring Caribbean food. As a Jamaican, I expect a certain standard and authenticity when Caribbean cuisine is being served. Unfortunately , the food fell well below expectations in both quality and execution. To make matters worse, I purchased a rum punch which I had not finished, yet it was cleared away by staff despite the fact that I had paid for it. It was only replaced after I raised the issue with the manager, something that should never have required escalation in the first place. The most frustrating part of the evening occurred during dessert service. A friend had to leave unexpectedly while desserts were being served, and I informed the manager that I would also be leaving with them. I explicitly requested that my prepaid dessert be provided as a takeaway and was assured this would be done. That assurance proved to be meaningless. After waiting a significant amount of time and enquiring about my dessert, I was told it had been given to someone else even though it had been paid for in advance. I was then informed that they had run out of the dessert altogether. When I expressed my disappointment, I was met with excuses rather than accountability. Eventually, the manager refunded the dessert cost. However, when I asked for an explanation as to why my takeaway dessert never arrived, he claimed he was only aware of my friend’s takeaway request and not mine which is an outright lie, as I had personally spoken to him. He then walked away from the conversation, which was both unprofessional and dismissive. I do not appreciate being lied to and it’s clear that the staff representing the ownership of this establishment are doing a poor job of upholding its reputation. The customer service was atrocious from start to finish. This venue will not be seeing me again, and I would strongly caution others against hosting celebrations here if they expect competence, honesty, or basic respect as paying customers.

5 /5 Mama Eve: I visited this place for a bottomless brunch over the Halloween weekend, there was a reduced menu that night but it is such a lovely place with a good ambience, decor was nice, and the location is easy to find. We were welcomed in by Kalliah who was very friendly and patient with us, as we were unsure of what cocktail to get first. Andrew and Cassie were both attentive making sure we were happy with the food and drinks, the man at the bar was smiley and the security Guard was friendly and talkative. I ordered the teriyaki salmon which was flavoursome but instead of black rice got fries and pumpkin pie for dessert, also got an interesting shot after dinner Overall it was very nice place, would be going again for sure
