5 /5 sekai ennia: I had a really great experience. The food was beautifully presented and looked very appetising from the moment it arrived. Everything was cooked to perfection — full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. You can tell attention is paid to both quality and presentation. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend it to others.

1 /5 Karen Tewkesbury: Rooms and function area were really dirty.we had to ask staff to clean the toilet. The tap in the accessible loo, was a trickle of water from a pipe sticking out of the wall. 100% would NOT recommend

Food was good, nicely presented table laid with clean white cloths, staff were helpful Charles Claire and Tyson did an excellent job of looking after us and Cheryl did a great job of arranging our booking. Thank you Ryde Castle Hotel and we will see you again soon.

4 /5 Ian: Lovely hotel right on the sea front looking out towards Plymouth. The room I had was on the 2 floor with amazing views over the channel. The room itself had a great look and feel. With a comfortable bed full bath with shower. The TV was a little dated and small for the room and bits were in need of modernization but overall a lovely room. The staff I interacted with were great always happy to help. The food in the restaurant was your typical pub grub. Cooked to a high standard. The one thing that lets the hotel down is the house keeping. There is no attention to detail from the cleaners at all. This is the reason for the 4 stars not 5. Sort the housekeeping and the place would be perfect.
