1 /5 Eli Cabato: We went to have roast earlier and was denied of take away boxes as apparently we had so much food on the plate as we went for a second round. I just hope next time Sally the server will say it in a discrete manner and not announce it for everyone to hear as it was embarrassing. Food is great but Sally needs to be sensitive on how she says things to costumers.

2 /5 LMAO: Food was amazing! Our carver was lovely, kind, and patient even though busy! Food tasted amazing, ordered some extra pigs in blankets and they were delivered to us after we received our carvery’s - portion size was generous and tasted good. We all had puddings and they were made and delivered in a timely manner, and enjoyed them very much! The service let them down massively, we booked for 14:40 table wasn’t ready so was asked to wait in the bar area - which was extremely dirty (even though the bar wasn’t busy at all) and the member of staff who served the guest before us had no menu knowledge!!. We waited 20 minutes before getting a little frustrated so I queued back up at the host point and spoke to the lady who said she was just about to get us! She was lovely just frustrated with the wait time when we saw plenty of tables free and parties smaller and larger than ours were seated quickly and efficiently. We had two servers, the First Lady was lovely and efficient (very kind). I’m assuming she went home as another lady took over, and we were basically ignored! We waited 20minutes for our plates to be cleared and puddings to be ordered. Once we finished our puddings we had to wait even longer to ask for the bill - would understand the wait if we could see our server was busy but she was chatting more than working! I always add service charge as I work in the industry myself but our server did absolutely nothing but ignore us most of the time!

5 /5 Juge44: Have visited several times but my Sunday lunch recently was exceptional. Fab lamb/beef/turkey, the roast pots were yum. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Vicky our waitress was very nice too. Very busy so I think others were happy too!! We will be back!

The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked meats, crispy roast potatoes, and a great selection of fresh vegetables. The Yorkshire puddings were spot on and the gravy tied everything together beautifully. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable — perfect for a family meal or a relaxed catch-up with friends. Great value for money and consistently high quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! Highly recommend!
