1 /5 Alison B: Terrible customer service. Came in, not welcomed by staff busy chatting. Had to request for my table, they just told me it was at the back, not bringing me there (they were 3 and no customer at the bar). After a while, as no one came to give the menu or offer water, I went at the bar to request it. Came back to my table with a menu. Made my choice for a smoothie while I was waiting for my friend, went back to the bar to request that smoothie and was told that actually only one smoothy was available and all the other ones were out of stock. Showed me a packaging of frozen berries from supermarket to show me they only had these left...
It could have been nice to know before making my choice.
And if you offer frozen fruits for smoothies, dont brag about it.
My friend arrived, we made our decision on our meals, came back to the bar and requested our meals. We were told that what we wanted was out of stock too. And that, actually, most things were actually out of stock... We then to ask what was available, otherwise the staff would have let us pick something hoping this was available...
How come arent we told whats available before we make our choice? And twice?!
We left, so we cant say if the food was good or not. But please, pay attention to customers. The minimum is to welcome customers and tell them whats not available straight away...
