3 /5 Kapil Varshney: Soak London definitely makes a strong first impression. The interiors are beautifully done — chic, polished, and undeniably posh — making it a lovely spot for an evening out. The location is fantastic too, perfect for meeting friends or starting a night in the city. The cocktails were a real highlight; well-balanced, visually appealing, and easily one of the best parts of the experience. You can tell care has gone into the drinks menu. Food, however, was a bit hit and miss. The katsu curry unfortunately felt quite disconnected — almost divorced from the curry itself — leaving the dish dry and lacking the comforting richness you’d expect. The burger, while decent, didn’t quite stand out and could definitely have been better in terms of flavour and juiciness. On the brighter side, the dumplings were enjoyable and nicely executed, and dessert ended the meal on a positive note. Overall, Soak London shines when it comes to ambience and drinks, but the kitchen feels slightly inconsistent. A great place for cocktails and atmosphere, with some refinement needed on the food side to truly match the setting.

The prices are fair and the food is fantastic. Will dine here again. Thanks to Rabbi for the great service!

5 /5 David Alpern: Located immediately adjacent to Victoria Station, The Soak is a bit of calm in the midst of the chaotic area around the station. We wanted to have a good meal in a quiet spot late in the afternoon before we set out to Heathrow before returning home. The Soak was pretty much exactly what we were after. Good food, quiet, calm ambience and an attractive space. We looked for others in the vicinity and there werent many others (and certainly none this close to the station). We were happy to have found it. The service was good - a bit slow, perhaps, but not so much as to be a problem. We werent in a hurry and the staff seemed to sense that. The food was moderately priced and well prepared. The glasses of wine, however, were expensive! The name of the restaurant is rather odd - The Soak. We asked two or three of the staff and servers what the name was about and none of them had any idea, which we thought was a bit hilarious. Maybe youll have better luck getting an answer that we did.

5 /5 Toyin Odutayo: Nice food, great staff and great location, we’ll be back! The staff, especially Victoria, were so nice and very attentive. The food was so tasty, we had a mix of Asian dishes and English dishes.Everything had rave reviews from all of us…chicken katsu curry, sea bass, pork belly, fish and chips and the Soak burger. Everything was piping hot and fresh. Thank you The Soak!

4 /5 Smita Patel: Absolutely fantastic experience at The Soak! I had booked A la Cart as we didn’t want to be restricted to what to eat but this place does offer Brunch too. Our reservation was booked for 2 hours but we were accommodated and stayed longer though had to move around twice. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive; the staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole visit feel effortless. Tanim was very friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend anyone to pop in to this place. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a great spot to unwind, The Soak is a brilliant choice. Highly recommended!
