Rump was cubed in skewers, ribs were beef, pork sausage were thin with garlic, we didnt order any chicken hearts. Wings (you need to specify extra cooked, then theyll come out crispy, in the past they have been a little undercooked looking), pork collar was out when we were there, but that also comes cubed and on a skewer. The rice is slightly garlic salted. The beans arent in sauce, they have some meat bits diced into it and are with a dry seasoning. Cassava is boiled.
