5 /5 Patrick Turner: We went for Sunday lunch and, despite it being busy, the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. There was a moderate buzz but it was still easy to have a proper conversation. The hosts were friendly and got us seated quickly, which always sets the tone right. Service was professional and efficient rather than overly chatty, which suited the place well. The menu offers a solid range of British dishes. Our daughter ordered the Truffled Chicken Milanese and called it one of the best things she’s ever eaten. My wife had the Duck Liver Parfait and found it both delicious and interesting. Two of us went with the classic Sunday beef roast. The beef was perfectly cooked, the gravy was rich and tasty, and the sides were well done overall. The only miss was the potatoes, which were a bit overcooked and on the dry side. The space itself feels polished and upscale without being stuffy. Fancy, but comfortable. All in all, a very good Sunday lunch and a place we’d happily return to.

2 /5 Georgi G: Well located, within walking distance of KX. We had to wait at the entrance for about 15–20 minutes before our table was ready. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but it was clear the restaurant was understaffed. Our waitress did her best, but several things went wrong during our visit. When we were seated, we were told we had to wait for glasses to be washed before receiving water. Eventually, they offered wine glasses to avoid the wait. We ordered bread with our starters, but it didn’t arrive until the mains. Water refills weren’t offered proactively, sauces were forgotten at the beginning and we often had to track down a waiter and repeat our orders multiple times. The food was good overall, with the starters standing out more than the mains. The steak, in particular, was drenched in sauce when it would have been preferable on the side or in smaller amounts. We also ordered a smoothie, which was more of a watery drink—tasty, but not quite what we expected. The service charge was 13.5%, but given the number of issues, I would have preferred not to pay it. Ideally, the staff could have recognised this and offered to adjust it. While the team was friendly, additional training might help them manage situations better when understaffed. I understand mistakes happen, but from a customer’s perspective, it’s frustrating to hear staff discussing what went wrong and who’s to blame. This was my second below-average experience at one of the Ivy restaurants, and unfortunately, I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

5 /5 Harry Vekaria: My partner and I visited on 24/01/2026 for lunch. Despite the venue being packed and having the high energy/noise level youd expect from a full house, the food and service were both exceptional. The staff handled the busy afternoon with impressive proficiency. A special mention goes to our waitress, Anastacia, who was incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our meal. We opted for the 2-course menu, which was excellent value. For starters, we enjoyed the Robata Grilled Chicken Skewers and the Tamarind Beetroot and Endive Salad. For our mains, we had the Sweet Potato and Spinach Curry and the Pan-fried Aegean Sea Bream. Every dish was delicious and well-prepared. We also appreciated the hidden value when we decided to stay for dessert—upgrading to three courses resulted in a small discount as one of the desserts wasnt charged. It was a lovely surprise to end the meal. Based on this first visit, we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Queen C: Beautifully decorated restaurant. The wait staff were attentive - Emily was our main person and was great! We each had the cod dish and cleaned our plates. Desserts were also delicious! The restaurant was very busy although the noise level was fine. Recommended!
