5 /5 Grant Turner: Really enjoyed your dinner tonight! Lovely service, great extensive wine list, and menu that was not too complicated but lovely. The duck was some of the best I’ve ever had paired with the carrot and ragu. Loved the arancini. Date cake was a perfect closer. Can’t wait to come back to London to come back!

5 /5 Mike Fuller: Within walking distance of Victoria station in a part of London that remains local, Lorne is a great find. Although not packed, booking is recommended. I had the good value three course set menu which, with a glass of wine and service came to just pence over £50. The service is welcoming and attentive and the food very good. Lots of flavour and variety with a choice between two items per course. Definitely worth the walk.

5 /5 Meetal Shah: The food was delicious in a beautiful and cozy setting. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive. The frangipane tart was particularly superb, as was all the other food we ordered. We couldn’t resist scarfing it down before we could take pictures!

5 /5 Nancy Chan: Great value for money. There’s a £36 3-course dinner. Every dish has been perfectly prepared, from presentation to taste and aroma. Just to name one, The tartar starter is a good blend of texture and taste. The timing of the cooked fish and chicken, perfect! All the meat is succulent! Even the four desserts- they are a good portion and of a high standard! Two thumbs up!

5 /5 Lucy Johnson: About a week and a half ago my partner and I had the most amazing dinner here. He brought me here as a surprise for my birthday and the whole evening was perfect. We came at 17:30 and the hostess immediately asked if we were going to a show, which we were, and assured us we would be out on time, which we also were. She was really lovely and welcoming. I was a little daunted by the wine list at first, as I dont know that much about wine, but the gentleman who served us guided me through it really thoroughly and made excellent recommendations based on what I was eating. I had two different glasses and they were both fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient! The food was absolutely stunning. I started with the sea bream tartare which was one of the best things Ive ever eaten. The fish was so delicate, and the kohlrabi delightfully crunchy. It was so well balanced, I would come back just for that alone. I followed it with the guinea fowl dish which was delicious and homely and comforting, and which I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take a picture. Lastly I finished with the Paris brest which was summery and creamy and fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is cosy, and the food and wine are divine.
