Anh Chu We dined with our young children for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful! Everything was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Probably the best rump steak, I have had in a long time! The kids loved it and staff were brilliant. Friendly and super attentive. Thank you to the team for making our visit such a joy. Isabella Chulu I wanted to take a moment to recognize Salima for her outstanding service during my visit last week Tuesday At Gauchos Chancery Lane for a work lunch. Even though she mentioned she’s only been working here for about a month, her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality made it feel like she’d been part of the team for years. It’s rare to see someone so new already delivering 10/10 service you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and represents your restaurant beautifully. You should be proud to have her on your team! She took amazing care of my friend and I. She had even remembered i mentioned saying it was my friends birthday and to our surprise she brought in a brownie and ice cream to celebrate. She had even remembered how picky we were about our food so knew you can’t go wrong with a brownie! I ask that the restaurant please forward on this message to Salima as she deserves this praise. She made our whole experience feel special. Service like that really stands out, you’ve got a real gem on your team!

Ian Tunhain My go to cafe when I go to the West End. No thrills, but lovely and clean, and does exactly what it says on the tin. Lovely tea, and food is always fresh and clean and well presented. Service is good, staff are helpful and attentive and run this place very well. after i get off the train at Charing Cross, I love to stop here and sit with a cup of tea or 2 and a bite to eat, and watch the world go by just off Trafalgar Square, before I venture further in to town. If youre after a trendy fancy cafe, this is not the place for you. If youre after a clean cafe with prompt service and clean food, then defiantly stop here. A1

Eva Belcastro My best friend and I came here for our first dinner in London on vacation, we both agree it was the best meal we’ve ever had! The food was beyond words to describe, flavorful and perfectly done—the combination of textures was executed perfectly. Our waitress Sonya was very kind and helpful, all the staff were friendly and efficient. The ambience and decor are absolutely lovely and very comfortable. We look forward to going back next time we come to London, I can only recommend this establishment :)
