5 /5 Davina Colada: This pub is a local.gem.. Been here twice so far this month for sunday lunch. great food, i had an amazing oozy chocolate brownie for dessert, a top notch indulgent treat for a chocholic! The squid as a starter is delicious, gwnerously portioned, fresh and meltingly soft. I also enjoyed the wild mushroom on sourdough bread starter. The staff are the cherry on top of the cake, they are super helpful, friendly and nothing is too much They make sure that you get a warm.welcome and that you feel at home. A brilliant place to hang out. Thanks Dan and Hanle for recommending. great pub.

5 /5 Sara Taylor: Well 5 star doesnt do this pub justice, the landlord and staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. The food is outstanding and a reasonable price. This is my favourite go to place now. Love love love The Old Tigers head.

5 /5 Rishabh Joshi: We live locally, and this is our favourite pub. The quality of food is amazing, and the portions are very generous. We had the calamari, which was very tasty with lots of sauces and spring onions. The chicken Sunday roast was such a treat! The chicken was very well cooked and moist, and the gravy and veg were very good! The staff also make this pub a great place to visit; they are all very attentive, and one even ran after us when I left my scarf behind. We will definitely be visiting more often.

5 /5 Hanle de Lange: Enjoyed a delicious roast at the Old Tigers Head. The meat was the star of the show, accompanied by a home made Yorkshire pudding and a generous helping of flavoursome gravy. Really enjoyed the range of sides on the plate - peas, cauliflower, red cabbage, potatoes and celeriac. All very good and complimented by a great glass of sauvignon blanc and chill vibes. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and I can honestly say he offers some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the pub and its people. Drinks are amazing especially the Guinness. It’s also the ultimate spot for watching rugby The energy on game day is unbeatable, and the setup ensures you won’t miss a single moment. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a fantastic area, The Old Tigers Head has everything you could want in a local pub—and more. Whether you’re here for a drink, the atmosphere, or the game, you’re guaranteed a great time. I will return!
