5 /5 Rosalia: Me and my husband have been looking for an Italian restaurant for so long near us after our usual one closed down last year and I’m so happy to have found this place! Absolutely love that the staff are authentic Italian and being Italian myself you know the food is gonna be good and it didn’t disappoint! We got starters, main and desert and each course was absolutely to die for! For starters, we got the king prawns and the truffle fries Means I got a margarita pizza and my husband got the steak For dessert, of course, we got espresso, but we also got the affogato & chocolate cake Everything was cooked to perfection and had so much flavour This is definitely one of the most authentic pizzas I’ve had and taste just like home in Italy and that’s really hard to find in London. I think we found our place and will definitely be back again and be regulars! Thank you as well to the amazing staff and amazing chefs for making us feel so comfortable and for their amazing food

5 /5 Ian: Super little Italian restaurant offering the most amazing home made Italian food. Great menu selection and friendly , welcoming, attentive staff. A nice touch is the open kitchen and general relaxed atmosphere. The cocktails looked particularly good , our highlight was the chocolate cake!

5 /5 iulian olaru: Celebrated my birthday here and it was such a great choice! Authentic Italian food, super fresh, and cooked right in front of us. I had the steak (cooked to perfection)my friend had the fish, which was amazing and Even the other pasta dishes we had were very delish! They also have a great selection of wine to pair with your meal. The place was packed, so definitely book in advance. Friendly, attentive service and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great service, lovely atmosphere,everything just felt right. Honestly, the best Italian restaurant in Buckhurst Hill, if not in the whole of Essex. Definitely be back

yuliyu 777 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience at The Taru Restaurant & Lounge. The atmosphere is cosy and elegant, the food is high quality and beautifully presented. We especially loved the beef with creamy mashed potatoes and the seafood selection with prawns, calamari and fish fillet — everything was fresh and full of flavour. The shisha was excellent as well. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a great evening. Highly recommended!
