5 /5 Oytun Arat: Another hidden gem, in a slightly weird, unexpected location, which somehow makes the experience even better.
From the moment you walk in, it genuinely feels like stepping into a small late-night ramen-ya in Osaka — that raw, industrial, no-frills atmosphere where you instantly trust the food.
I tried the T22 ramen with pulled chicken and it was excellent. The broth was deep and full of umami, with beautifully layered flavours and high-quality ingredients. Rich but not heavy, comforting yet bold — exactly what good ramen should be.
You can also find original Japanese sodas and oolong teas, which adds a really nice authentic touch.
The baos were excellent as well — soft, fluffy buns with great flavour and texture.
If you’re into proper ramen culture rather than “Japanese-inspired” food, this place truly delivers. Definitely worth the visit.
