From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance is elegant and relaxed, ideal for a special occasion. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly portioned. We especially loved the variety of Mediterranean and Italian, inspired dishes, each one crafted with care and creativity. What truly made the evening unforgettable was the attentive service. 5 /5 Martin Mc: Celebrated my mothers birthday here with an afternoon tea and an evening meal. The afternoon tea is exceptional the best I have ever had. The evening meal was a selection of Japanese and Italian foods designed to be consumed on a sharing basis with a recommendation of purchasing 4 items to share between 2 people. The seafood platter consisted of oysters, tiger prawns, tuna sashimi, hamachi and cornish crab. At £85 this was of very fine quality but will not fill you up. This has been my experience of other Japanese restaurants. I ordered a pizza from the Italian menu which was of good quality and sizeable portion. Reshma explained the Japanese dishes in great clarity and in very good detail. I also ordered many drinks from the bar the Japanese single malt whiskies were of a surprisingly high quality although of course despite the fact nothing will ever beat a Scotch these come very close and are well worth sampling. All spirits come in 50ml standard measures so the prices really arent that high. Finally the breakfast here is of the very highest standard. A traditional full english is provided along with a contintential option consisting of cereals, seeds and a charcuterie as well as a bakery option all on a buffet service. In addition there are a la carte options consisting of Italian poached eggs, Japanese salmon sashimi, cinnamon french toast and buttermilk pancakes. This really is of an exceptional standard and particular mention must go to the flat white coffee and juices both of which are the best I have ever had. The breakfast experience is second only to The Ritz in New York and by far the best breakfast I have ever had in the United Kingdom and Europe.

1 /5 s Ed: Really disappointed we had told them a month in advance that we were halal and non-alcoholic and what came out was the vegan menu with salmon sandwiches. When we first sat down we were asked if we wanted to still or sparkling water but were not told that this would be chargeable. They added a 15% surcharge to the menu even though the only thing that they would refill was the sandwiches, given the length of time we gave them in terms of our halal request, we would’ve expected some halal sandwiches. halal does not mean fish.

Knowledgeable about the menu options and wine selection, patient with us as we made our choices and always near by if we needed anything! We could not be thankful. The food was equally amazing! Looking forward to visiting again.
