5 /5 Aishah Siddiqua: My first time here and the service was excellent, I really appreciate how Sitara provided excellent customer service and has a very keen eye paying attention to detail, that made me feel very welcomed in the space. I was spoilt for choice with the the menu so chose the creme brulee latte hot. BEST DRINK ever. It tasted like drinking a creme brulee. The space was also really clean and the seating was comfortable!!

5 /5 Shema Khanom: Lovely ambience, modern decor. The food was decent, we had the smashed avocado poached egg croissant 4/10. Smash burger and chips 8/10. Dubai chocolate French toast 7/10 Crème brûlée French toast 7/10. Pistachio tiramisu French toast 8/10. It was extremely busy when we visited, however the food came within 20min. Staff were polite. We spent little under £70 that is without any hot or cold drinks, a treat once in a while for that kind of price for 2 children and 2 adults.

5 /5 Muna Saleh: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience today. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and exactly what a great breakfast spot should be. What really stood out was the service — Sanjana and Sitara were exceptional. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Service like that makes all the difference and reflects really well on the team. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. Top-tier food, top-tier service. If you want it shorter, more hype, or more professional, say the word and I’ll tighten it further.

5 /5 FY: I visited here with a longtime friend and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, listened carefully to my adjustments to the order and made sure everything was done efficiently and with great care. We were so caught up reconnecting that we didn’t even realise we had been there for three hours. Not once did the staff make us feel rushed or uncomfortable. When the back area was closing, a staff member kindly let us know and even suggested we move to the front instead, which felt genuinely thoughtful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect—calm, comfortable and not overwhelming or overstimulating at all. Our food didn’t take long to come out, and although it wasn’t very busy at first, the space filled up naturally without feeling chaotic. That alone shows how loved this café is. Easily one of the best places to go.

4 /5 Rita Sambé: It is a nice place to eat. Me and my partner were unlucky to go on a busy day which affected our service experience, resulting in having to wait more than 30 min for the food, which the manager later apologised and justified (really appreciated). As a hot chocolate lover, theirs did not disappoint (10/10) it was creamy, perfect thickness and sweetness. The smoothie was also good and refreshing. Their classic smash burger was okay (6/10), the fries were so good (10/10) but the the only downside is they do not come with a dip, and (can’t quite remember what my partner order but believe it’s) their classic tacos, was really good (9/10)
