3 /5 Mariana Cincilei: Capricho was my favorite restaurant, and I did recommend it to all my clients, but this is the first time I have left feeling disappointed, and I’d like to explain why.
I have always enjoyed eating here, but today it was below expectations. I ordered a Tomahawk steak and asked for it to be cooked medium towards well done(we mentioned without blood). First of all, the steak was almost cold , not even properly warm which, for a steak of this kind, makes a big difference to the overall experience.
Unfortunately, the cooking level was also not correct. About 70% of the steak was still bloody, and only the thinner parts were cooked the way we had requested.
We were celebrating an anniversary, so we decided not to let it ruin our evening and enjoyed what we could. However, it was still disappointing. I am particularly curious why the steak was served COLD rather than why it wasn’t cooked correctly, what could have caused that? If I could, I would check the CCTV
to see the time difference between when the steak was cooked and when it was served to us ,I am genuinely curious about this.
So, for this time I left disappointed!
