When my food arrived ice cold, I phoned, I was sworn at and told that I was trying it on, the man then proceeded to hang up on me and ignore my calls when I tried to call back to resolve the issue.
I understand that they are busy and mistakes happen, but I do not understand how someone answering the telephone can be so full of animosity and ultimately, extremely rude.
I’m more than happy to speak on the phone if the owner would like to call me.
And please do not try and make up a story about a bogus call, it is extremely transparent what you are trying to do. You delivered the food to my door. The problem has not been the arrival of my food. The problem is the customer service and food temperature are the only issues I have.
Your response to this review is laughable at best.
To confirm again. You delivered my food, to the correct address. It was the only aspect of the transaction that you managed to get right.
