5 /5 Lucas Vallinoto: I’m from Brazil, and live with my British girlfriend, and thanks to this place I’m introducing her and her friends some Brazilian food.
They have really good quality meats, and I recommend the picanha. I’m attaching a picture of one that I cooked in a Brazilian steak house style ( cut the edges, add salt, put it back in the grill ). They have 3 kinds so far ( Argentinian, polish and Irish). They are all good, but the Argentinian has a bit more quality. The Important thing with picanha is having a fat layer, which they all do. Traditionally you don’t buy 1 or 2 steaks of picanha, but the whole piece. There are small ones, that will weight about 1 kg.
Another “exotic” thing I recommend is the cheese bread. You bake them in the oven and it is just delicious. You can’t see any pieces of cheese on it, the cheese is in the dough, making it incredibly cheesy.
Anyway, everything I’ve tried so far made me really happy.
