Karen Sloan The area upstairs for the darts was fantastic for a work event. Relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very attentative and welcoming. Having the bar upstairs was great as we could stay together and enjoy the evening. Highly recommend.

F L This place is a hot spot for brunch from what I gathered. We came around lunch time but breakfast items were still available. Great menu with something for everyone including those with dietary restrictions. My kiddo was able to order breakfast pancakes and a mini-English breakfast which hit the spot. Pet friendly also! Definitely worth a visit!

Andrew Wilcox Fresh off the plane in London after two weeks in Italy, I came here with high expectations and was pleasantly surprised to have them met. Pizza was thin crust and delicious. Staff were friendly and sitting outside was lovely on a balmy summer evening.

sue argent We tried this take away and wasn’t disappointed. We ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and sweet and sour prawn balls, also a chicken curry all with special fried rice. I have to say we had a few Chinese takeaways over a few months and the May King was by far the best.Would definitely recommend it. 26/09/25

Guglielmo Delasa Best dosa in town, hence the name! Seriously, though: this place is amazing, and not just for dosa. Their cooking is real, authentic, and wholesome. Their food is exceptional, the atmosphere and vibes great, and the service is quick. Its one of my go-to in the area.

Wild Izakaya - City of London

Rating: 4.8 /5
Olga Artjomova Wild Izakaya is one of those rare places where you start by ordering “a few things” and somehow end up trying half the menu, cause everything is that good. The aubergine was smoky, silky and perfectly glazed - the kind of dish you keep thinking about the next day. The sushi? Incredibly fresh, balanced, clean flavours, no overload, just precision. Every plate we tried had depth, texture and real attention to detail. Nothing felt random or rushed. You can tell the kitchen actually cares. This isn’t just “nice Japanese food” - it’s thoughtful, confident and seriously delicious. London doesn’t need another restaurant. But it definitely needed this one.
