1 /5 Rox N.: Trash customer service!!! Ordered chicken in pecking sauce and they gave me salt and pepper chicken pieces that were dry. Called to politely let them know about their mistake because I was ordering from them for almost a year and loved their chicken in pecking sauce, but the woman was so rude and tried to make me out to be a liar. I had no intention to ask for money back or anything, as the chef made a small mistake but she was not willing to hear a word I had to say. I used to drive 15 minutes past other shops to theirs, but needless to say this will be no more.

5 /5 Alex Wright: Decided to try one of my all time favourite Chinese takeaway in the area after a new refurbishment and familiar staff members to see again. My personal favourite the spare ribs they were brilliant and the Singapore fried rice noodles were top notch. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend. Good price!

1 /5 Robyn: Appalled at the disgraceful service a family member received this evening. Called in advance to make order. Woman on the counter was rude on the phone throughout the call with an attitude of not wanting to be there. She informed us that they were strictly cash-only. Fine, only when family member went in to collect her small order, informing the lady on the counter that she’d been able to pay by card last time, she changed her tune and said that it was actually cash-only for under £10 (didn’t mention this on the phone). Because she had no cash on her, family member said she’d have to leave her food then, only for the woman to say “we didn’t make it anyway” ?!?!?! Appalling service and not surprised that many other reviews left mention the rude attitude of the lady on the counter. What a shame, will make sure to never order from here again as as the face of the business she should be making far more effort to give customers a welcoming experience.

5 /5 John Smith: Decided to try some Chinese food instead of the Johnnys pizza place 2 shops down. Food was nice and hot, spring rolls were super crunchy and the crispy duck was not soft at all! Good price for all the food Definitely coming here again!
