1 /5 Ian Williams: This individual should not be allowed to interact with customers. I was waiting for a tea, and they attempted to give me one that had already been sitting there for at least 3 minutes. That drink should have been collected by the original customer, not passed off to me. From experience I knew it would now be too strong.
I politely said it would now be too strong and asked for another. A different staff member handled it properly, saying ‘no problem’ without any issue. However, this particular staff member felt the need to look at me, roll his eyes, and shake his head. When I asked why he was shaking his head, he dismissively claimed it had ‘only been there 30 seconds’ which was factually untrue. No apology, just shameless arrogance.
This was terrible customer service. His arrogant, dismissive, and egotistically rude behaviour was both embarrassing and unacceptable.
