1 /5 Rah No: Is This How You Treat Customers? Shocking Behaviour by Staff
I came here yesterday during my break from Iceland (around 7:30 PM). The staff on shift was amazing – polite, helpful, and even turned off the music when I kindly asked. I felt respected and comfortable, so I came back again today around the same time.
But today’s experience was completely opposite. A different guy, wearing a Morley’s Chicken t-shirt, was rude from the start. I politely asked him to lower the music like yesterday – he refused bluntly and said: “When I’m working, the music stays on. Wear headphones.” No manners, no respect.
I got angry and As I was leaving, I left my burger box on the table (same thing I did yesterday – and yesterday’s staff quietly cleaned it with no issue). But today, the guy shouted from the back:
“Wait! Stop! Clean your mess!”
Then as I was walking out, he said:
“Don’t come to my shop again.”
Is it even his shop to say that?
To the owner reading this: do you understand what kind of damage this staff member is doing to your business and your reputation? Yesterday’s staff showed true customer service. Today’s staff drove me out with disrespect give the good staff a raise and show the rude one the door. A competitor’s t-shirt and that attitude? Embarrassing.
If possible, please take action. Appreciate the good employee and remove the one who thinks your shop is his personal.
