After a long, tiring day at work, we were looking forward to a relaxing evening—and Asil exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was absolutely amazing—elegant, warm, and perfectly suited for a special occasion. The food was outstanding in every way: beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great care and passion. Every dish we tried was delicious and left us wanting more. What truly made the evening extraordinary, however, was the hospitality of the hosts. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness touched our hearts. They surprised us with special music dedicated to our anniversary, which created such an emotional and joyful moment. To make it even more special, they brought us a beautiful anniversary cake, something we were not expecting at all. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly celebrated and valued. Asil Restaurant doesn’t just serve food—it creates experiences and memories. The combination of exceptional cuisine, a beautiful atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality makes this place truly special. Nimita Gosai An amazing place for brunch. I ordered the Mediterranean brunch. Not only did the food come out relatively quick but it was also super filling and delicious. A perfect place to go with friends, family or even alone. The service was fab and the place was warm and cosy with the Xmas decor. Will be back!

Graham Burke We had an exceptional evening at the Prince of Wales in East Barnet Village. We visited to take advantage of the 50% off mains January deal, but the quality was so high we would have happily paid full price. The service here is world class. We met Rory, the manager, who was outstanding. His passion for the food is infectious; he explained the prep and sourcing of the dishes so well it made our mouths water before we even ordered! Our waiter (whose name we missed) was equally professional and friendly - the whole team is clearly focused on making sure you leave happy. The food is "art on a plate" stunningly presented, hot, and delicious. We shared the crab starter, which was fresh and beautifully plated. For mains, the Pheasant Supreme and Chicken Ballotine were both flavourful and perfectly cooked. We finished with the Baked Alaska, which they set on fire at the table! The portions were huge, even when shared. Rory’s description of the Sunday Roast prep has already convinced us to book a return visit. Highly recommended!

D K It’s genuinely upsetting to see fake reviews aimed at this incredible restaurant. We visited tonight and had a truly unforgettable evening. Exceptional food, a warm and elegant atmosphere and service that made us feel completely valued and cared for. It was more than just dinner, it was a special experience we’ll remember. We can’t wait to return and would encourage others to experience it for themselves!
