The food was inedible and had to be binned which resulted in £140 wasted.The person taking the order was exemplary she could not have been more helpful. Took the order and repeated it to us over the phone. Yes the food was ready when we arrived to pick it up but sadly no labels which would have been useful. That of course if we had eaten it. on a good note in the past we have had no complaints so hopefully our experience was a one off.

3 /5 Emma Dean: The lady who took our phone order and served me upon collection was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The food was disappointing for us though, the fried rice didnt really have much flavour and neither did the chow main we ordered. We had loads left over because we werent keen on most of it. Chicken balls were amazing though!

2 /5 Stephen Duke: First time ordering a takeaway from Happy Valley and the last. Service was pleasant enough and food was reasonably prompt. Unfortunately it was absolutely tasteless. Six dishes ordered and only the textures were different. I did not know Chinese could be so bland.
