However, the car park is controlled by Euro Car Parks, and this has caused concerns. The parking system feels very strict, and many customers may feel they are being unfairly charged. It can give the impression that penalties are issued too easily, which may affect the business and discourage visitors. It is unfortunate because the venue itself is excellent, but parking issues can create a negative experience for customers. Thank you

5 /5 Peter N: Had a great Sunday lunch at Harts Boatyard. The riverside setting is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for a chilled afternoon. Food was tasty and well presented—classic pub dishes done right. Service was friendly and efficient, even though it was busy. Would definitely go back!

The only downside is that you only see the waiter when the food is served — for cutlery, extra drinks, or order clarifications you need to go to the nice bar counter yourself. You can order via QR code, but that takes even longer.
