1 /5 Michael Prowting: Used this company as a way to get our business out to the public. Started with them with no problems. Couple months down the line they failed to send statements and delays in payments. They had to be reminded we were due payments. Informed them we wanted to return the terminal and leave there app they said we would be paid everything owed to us the same day but still waiting at this time. Communication very poor. Choose another company to expand your business in your local area

1 /5 Charles Veness: I’ve used a couple of times and all had been ok until the last time I ordered. 4 hours later the food hadn’t been delivered but it wasn’t the restaurants fault as a driver was never sent. If something goes wrong customer service is awful and you’ll be left hungry and clueless to what’s happening. The company said they’d refund the cost of the food and the delivery charge but never did. I’d never use them again as it would appear they have a good website but very poor infrastructure behind it.

1 /5 Dave O: Ordered from Cheeky Chippy, after waiting 50 minutes past the expected delivery time I called the chippy who told me the food had been collected over an hour ago and that it should have been with me by now. The food ended up being delivered over an hour late which at this point I rejected as it would have been cold and my kids had now gone to bed so there food would have gone to waste. Awful service and I’m sure it will now be a battle for a refund. First time using this service and will for sure be the last. The driver told me he had picked it up over an hour ago and also gave the impression it would be cold!

1 /5 Emily: We’ve used this app for deliveries many a time. When it first started the service was great, the app was updated when our food was ready for delivery, collected from restaurant, etc. Recently the delivery updates have gone downhill - there are no updates. It goes from preparing your order to being delivered late. Currently waiting for an order that was due an hour ago. Order was updated to “completed”, I.e. delivered 20 minutes ago evidently to fool the system into thinking it’s been delivered earlier than it has. Won’t be using again!

2 /5 Adam Tye: The app works just fine and the food is great. it’s the delivery that falls short. For some reason the drivers always get our address wrong. We put our address into all the well established navigation apps and our address is precise (postcode and street address). I would have given a free pass as it’s a new build, but it’s been 3 years now and they still can’t deliver it right. It’s just straight up annoying. Maybe when this company hires its drivers they should train them how to read delivery instructions and use navigation technology properly.
