When we visited the restaurant, several seats were clearly available, but the staff ignored us at first and then informed us that seating was only for online bookings. We were told that without an online booking, no table could be provided.
However, shortly after, two ladies arrived and were given a table immediately without any booking. When we asked about this, the staff suddenly said that seats were not available for us.
This felt extremely unfair and biased. Customers should be treated equally, and such selective behavior is unacceptable in a professional restaurant. This experience left a very negative impression.
I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures better staff training and fair treatment for all customers.
