From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a great mix of people all there to have a good time. The karaoke setup was brilliant – good sound quality, a wide choice of songs, and a fun, supportive crowd that cheered everyone on. Whether you’re a confident performer or just giving it a go for laughs, it’s such a feel-good experience. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the night, keeping drinks flowing and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. It really made the whole evening run smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic night full of laughter, music, and great vibes. I’d definitely recommend karaoke at The Harrow in Hornchurch if you’re looking for a fun and memorable night out. Ameera Shafique Pitted Olive has been our go-to spot for years now. We first happened to come across it a few years ago and ever since, it’s become our ritual stop before catching a flight — it’s so conveniently close to King’s Cross and the perfect way to start a holiday. This review is definitely overdue, especially considering how often we come here, but honestly every single visit has been superb. I almost always order the beef moussaka lunch, which comes with bulgur rice and mezze — so, so good. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, full of flavour, and because it’s already prepared and kept warm, it comes out super quickly (ideal when you’re on a bit of a time crunch). My only tiny moan (and it really is tiny) is that the refillable water glasses are on the smaller side — we drink a lot of water with our food, so we found ourselves taking turns getting refills. But honestly, that’s hardly a dealbreaker. Consistently great food, quick service, and a reliable favourite. We’ll keep coming back!!
