1 /5 Michael williams: Genuinely awful experience, mainly due to attitude and poor hygiene.
I went in for a two-piece chicken meal and asked what pieces were available. I was told only a leg and a wing were left. While looking at the counter, it appeared there might have been a breast piece, so I politely asked for clarification. Instead of answering, the staff member walked away to deal with another order, leaving me standing there, then returned and asked what drink I wanted without addressing my question.
When I asked again just to confirm the chicken piece, he responded with a dismissive and rude tone, saying something along the lines of ,“do I need to repeat myself?” completely unnecessary and unprofessional when speaking to a customer.
What made this worse was the hygiene. I watched him handle raw meat, put it onto the fryer, did not wash his hands, and then immediately touched my drinks can. That alone was enough for me to cancel the order and walk out.
It’s a real shame, because the food looked good, but the attitude and lack of basic food hygiene completely ruined the experience. First visit and definitely the last.
