1 /5 J Bennett: Great waiting staff very friendly. I ordered two kebabs but one of the orders was made incorrect, so I had to walk back to the shop to have it replaced. Unfortunately when I got home again the replacement was disappointing. The quantity and standard was very poor. After a long day it was frustrating to deal with, and the response on the phone wasn’t particularly helpful either. Overall a disappointing experience.

4 /5 Jess 9319: Really enjoyed the food, everything was well cooked except for the lamb ribs, which were slightly undercooked. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because the sauces brought as an appetizer were only two and in a small quantity. Generally, other Turkish restaurants are more generous with these. Staff were excellent, very kind and attentive. Prices are reasonable, not cheap but not expensive either.

5 /5 J B: Absolutely fantastic experience at Kohinoor Grill & Thrill! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful ambience and thoughtful décor. The lighting, colours, and layout gave it a warm yet stylish vibe – perfect for a dinner out. The place is very spacious with comfortable seating, and even the tables were spotless and well-presented, which made a great first impression. We ordered the platter for 4 and it was a showstopper! Massive portions, every item cooked to perfection – juicy, succulent, and full of flavour. It was amazing value for money. The bread was served warm and soft, fresh out of the oven, and paired beautifully with the meats. Drinks were also top-notch – the Mojito especially was refreshing, zesty and perfectly balanced. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the whole place – even the bathrooms were immaculate and looked like something out of a high-end restaurant. The service was exceptional – our waiter was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always around just when we needed something. Really friendly and welcoming staff overall, which made the whole experience feel that much better. Kohinoor Grill & Thrill is a hidden gem in East London – great food, lovely atmosphere, amazing service, and brilliant value. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!
