1 /5 Kevin Penzer: Ordered at 19:00, food arrived at 21:55! I appreciate it is New Years Eve but that is dreadful alone. We called twice for an order update, 1st time was told it was about to leave the restaurant then 40 mins later told that they would make it a priority. Now the food...tasteless balti sauce that just tasted of tomatoes (no spice), chicken that had gristle in each piece and a gritty garlic naan. Yes, gritty! Like biting sand between your teeth. Im awaiting a decision from the restaurant regarding a refund but Im not hopeful. Thinking of ordering from Monsoon? Dont bother! UPDATE: Just Eat have refunded me as they could see that the situation was unacceptable.

3 /5 Adrian Wales: Not bad food,good flavour and hot in heat. Very slow in service,over hour between poppadoms and main dishes. Tables very cramped.And watch out they add service charge to bill. Declined as poor service. Visiting from Taunton,no return visit,Im afraid.

5 /5 Jan Alder: I was with a party of 35 from a local group last week and we had the best time. Could not fault the food, which was plentiful and delicious. The staff worked really hard to get our meals served as quickly as possible, and considering the large number of people was pretty amazing. So thank you Monsoon for a fabulous evening. We will be back x

1 /5 zoe duggan: Bleugh!!! Takeaways are a rare treat, but we thought it would be good for a celebration. Wrong!! Not only did we have to wait nearly an hour longer than stated, the food was appalling. It didnt matter what was ordered it all looked & tasted the same. Stale poppadoms & the worst dishwater dhal imaginable. I would be embarrassed to serve it, let alone charge. Yuck!
