1 /5 Luke Westbrook: Really disappointed with my visit yesterday. We were told we would need to wait 20 minutes to for a table. What confused me is that the upstairs seating area was completely empty and not being used. As you pay downstairs anyway, I’m not sure why we couldn’t be seated upstairs and have the food brought up when the only difference seems to be carrying the meals up the stairs. The reasoning doesn’t make much sense. I do want to add we have always had great service and an enjoyable meal at this Nando’s. Unfortunately, its made me think we will just go somewhere I know we will be able to get a table.

4 /5 Hamza Chaudhry: The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming—quick to seat you and happy to help with recommendations. The food is classic Nando’s: juicy, flavorful chicken (I had the ¼ chicken breast, and it was perfectly grilled), crisp and fresh sides, and generous portions. What I really appreciated was how clean and well-kept the place is, even during busy hours. It’s got a relaxed vibe, great for a casual lunch or dinner with friends. Bonus points for quick service and the peri-peri sauce bar always being fully stocked. Will definitely be back.

5 /5 AB Ari: Im incredibly happy with this Nandos tonight. Came here with my parents .Very friendly and impressive team! Helpful when ordering and let me know side salad no longer available and offered alternative. My dads fork dropped on the floor and someone quickly came to replace without being prompted. Food was fresh and delicious. Thank you guys for a lovely night x

4 /5 Mike: I was quite lucky to get a table here for me and my colleagues as we’d arrived on Valentines night but we managed to get a table upstairs which was nice. Ordering was difficult though. I am not sure if there was an issue with the WiFi in the restaurant but to order from the table we had to download the Nando’s app and that took a while. Then two of my colleagues food arrived a long time before mine and they had actually finished their meal before mine arrived. After trying unsuccessfully for some time to get a waiter’s attention, eventually one came over and politely asked if I would like him to check where my meal was. He then returned with my food. I had ordered the half chicken with a side of Peri fries and coleslaw. The food itself was delicious, the chicken was succulent and spiced ‘hot’ which is what I asked for. I was very happy with the food. The restaurant is very pretty and quite chic looking although I’m not a fan of having to go and get my own cutlery and napkins, drinks and sauces etc. That seems to be becoming more popular in restaurants though so perhaps it’s just me. I think the overall experience would have been better if I had gone on a different night (it was very busy) so I will go back again in the future. Overall Nando’s is worth visiting, the food was lovely. Thanks for reading

1 /5 Graeme Barr: What’s going on with Nando’s. The chicken thighs are not the size of thighs anymore. The size of the meat provided has dropped considerably. You will see from the photo the thighs is no bigger than my thumb We ordered a sharing platter which comes with a butterfly chicken described as 2 chicken breast attached by a crispy skin. The skin is not crispy and there is only one breast. When I asked the manager I was told yes it’s only one breast but that’s how they describe it!! How can you describe ONE chicken breast as TWO chicken breast. Again the photo shows what a poor amount of meat there is for a SHARING platter Absolute rubbish Nando’s despite coming for years to you. I will be looking elsewhere from ow.
