Bijal Pandit We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and as my partner and I are both big fans of Mexican food, we decided to give it a try after reading the positive reviews. I’m so glad we did. The moment you walk in, you completely forget you’re in Upminster — the décor is absolutely beautiful. The menu offers an excellent variety for vegetarians, meat lovers, and vegans, with a separate menu dedicated entirely to vegan options. Chloe provided outstanding service. We were undecided on our mains and asked to swap the fajita bread for tacos, and the kitchen was more than happy to accommodate our request. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal, and if you’re ever in or around Upminster, I highly recommend paying this place a visit.

Mohamed Isk I came here in Ramadan for their buffet with my wife and child. The shop and seating aesthetic is very very nice. Each day the food is set and you dont really get a menu to choose from. The food is very well presented. The starters were amazing, especially the soup. The mains was maqlouba (rice, aubergine, minced meat, with nuts) which tasted really good. yabraq and dessert were okay. The price was £30pp which is really good compared to others! would defo come here again.

Gemma Benjamin First time visiting this area of London & we were so pleased we found a Franco Manca around the corner from our hotel. We were greeted very warmly by Tomasso, who went above & beyond for myself and my partner. Our meal was delicious as usual & the tiramasu was amazing. Tomasso asked about our stay and gave great recommendations of things to do in London that we didnt know about, despite it not being our first time in London. Defintely check in and look for Tomasso! Austin Rodrigues Visited the Trafalgar Tavern for lunch and had a fantastic experience. Despite the venue being busy, the service was quick, friendly, and well organised, which made a big difference. For starters, we shared the black pudding on toast and Scotch eggs — both excellent and clearly freshly prepared. For mains, we went with a burger and chips, followed by sticky toffee pudding for dessert, which was the perfect way to finish the meal. Everything was washed down with a few pints of ale, and it all hit the spot. A great atmosphere, solid pub food done properly, and attentive service even when crowded. Would absolutely return.
