4 /5 aiyana samano: Came here yesterday and enjoyed the burrata with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil; nojito; apple and ginger sour mocktail; yolk rich pecorino and mushroom pasta and the papardelle with short-aged beef ragu. The burrata was creamy, complemented with a slight sweetness and tang from the balsamic vinegar. The nojito was both refreshing, slight tinge of sour and complemented the food perfectly. The papardelle dish was very good with the rich creamy sauce, complemented with the salty flavour of the beef ragu and the nutty taste of the generous serving of parmesan. However, the yolk rich pecorino and mushroom pasta has a very overpowering taste of mushroom, where the other flavours were hidden in the flavour profile of this dish. The apple and ginger sour mocktail was refreshing, sweet and complemented the pasta. The pasta itself was very good and soaked up all the distinct flavours of the dish. Unfortunately, the service was pretty slow between the dishes, which was pretty disappointing seeing as other people were served more promptly after ordering after our table.
